In order for American Products, Inc. (API) to consider opening an account with your firm, we ask that you complete our Account Application and return all forms to us at your earliest convenience.

If you will be taking delivery of materials in the state of Florida and are exmpt from paying Florida sales tax, please supply your current Florida exemption certificate wtih your Account Application package. If you are not exempt from sales tax, you do not need to provide anything to API.
